Nicole Romanelli brings over 10 years of healthcare experience, including healthcare services strategy, operations, process improvement, and business development. She has worked closely with healthcare executives, clinical staff, and support staff to implement services aligned with the company’s mission and vision. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and uses this approach in projects to optimize processes with the given resources. In addition to her certification, she leverages clinical experiences to view solutions with a 360-degree approach.
Nicole uses methodological approaches while being comfortable working with various teams and stakeholders. Recent projects include staff retention after COVID-19, business development strategies, and billing process improvement. She has recently worked in clinical management overseeing the daily operations of the clinic.
Nicole has a Master in Health Services Administration degree from The University of Kansas Medical Center, a B.A. in Enterprise Leadership, and a B.A. in Health and Human Physiology from The University of Iowa.
In her free time, she volunteers and spends time with her dogs, family, and friends. You can usually find them at the beach or enjoying physical activities out in the sunshine.
